Key Responsibilities:Warmly greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff upon arrivalAssist guests with wayfinding, directing them to the appropriate departments or servicesProvide general information about UCVH and its servicesOffer assistance to those who may need extra support navigating the facilityCommunicate with hospital staff as needed to ensure visitors receive appropriate assistanceWhy It Matters:A friendly face and clear guidance can make a world of difference in a hospital setting.
